DESCRIPTION:Please be in prayer for our annual outreach at the Washington Correctional Center at Shelton\, WA.  Pastor Dwight Anderson and many of the PMA board members will be sharing all day starting at 8am til 4 pm. They are allowing us to do multiple sessions all day to get to share with all the inmates! We will be having a short time of worship at each session\, testimonies\, and then go through our introductory Bible study.  Pray for those who will trust in Christ\, for those who may need to re-commit themselves to Christ and for those we challenge to do our correspondence courses.

DESCRIPTION:Pastor Dwight and team from Bethesda Church will be leading an outreach service\, Sunday\, June 29\, 8.45am to 10 am. We expect about 20 inmates. Please pray for Holy Spirit’s leading and working in each person’s heart. We will be sharing Prison Mission lesson 1 with them and encourage them to enroll in our Life Changing Bible Correspondence courses. \nThe Oak Park Heights Minnesota Correctional Facility in Stillwater holds the most violent offenders in the Minnesota Department of Corrections. With only the 432 beds it is small by comparison to other prisons in America but just as dangerous.

SUMMARY:IMPACT 2014 | Correctional Ministry Summit
DESCRIPTION:Summit 2014 will be one of the few conferences of its kind\, offering attendees opportunities to worship together\, learn about this challenging population\, network with other serving Christians\, and develop the skills needed for correctional ministry. \nPastor Dwight is excited to have a display booth and the opportunity to network and learn from many doing prison ministries. Pray that we may be able to partner with many of them so they can begin using our Life Changing Free Bible Correspondence Lessons! \nSummit 2014 will begin Thursday with the Pre-Summit Restorative Justice Forum featuring Lisa Rea\, President of Restorative Justice International\, which is open to the public.  The Forum will include a victim’s panel and an expert panel.  Pre-Summit workshops dedicated to skill building will be offered to CMCA members. The Summit will conclude Saturday morning with a general session of dedication and worship.  In between there will be over forty workshops taught by Christians serving the offender population\, and general sessions of inspirational praise and worship.  Our theme – IMPACT. \nSave the date and spread the word to friends and colleagues to join us!    We are building a solid program incorporating the excellent ideas\, input and feedback from CMCA members and friends.
