“Life before Jesus was drug addiction from early childhood up to 2006. I was lost, empty and searching for God in all the wrong places. I came to Jesus by taking my friend to church, who was messed up and needed God. That day I was filled with the Holy Spirit and felt the love of God! I left that day a changed woman and there is no turning back for me. My life now is so much different. Even though I have spent the last 18 years in prison, I have felt free (from my burden of sin) since 2006. God blesses me in so many ways. I thank Him every day and look forward to doing whatever He has planned for me. Studying God’s word is my favorite hobby. I really love reading all about God’s plan of redemption, mercy, forgiveness, and His thoughts toward mankind. May the Lord richly bless all of you who put so much of your time into helping us understand the Bible!” — Lisa D.
