Thank you for allowing me to study with you at PMA! The studies have been great and I look forward to many more. I made a commitment on March 13, 2021 to accept the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart and have Him be the Lord and Savior of my life. Prior to this commitment, my life was in complete chaos. I was addicted to drugs, I smoked cigarettes, I drank, I was involved in many illegal activities. I was a gang member and only focused on myself and ways to make money through “hustling”. I was addicted to pornography and all of the above activities is the normal routine of most people here in prison. I just got tired of all that stuff and wanted a better way of life. I was tired of being stressed out. I was tired of being depressed. I was tired of having no hope. I was tired of being angry and anxious. I was tired of all the negative feelings that comes along with doing life in prison, along with all the evil and wicked deeds mentioned above.
Then Jesus came along into my heart and my life has completely changed. I am no longer a slave to sin. I have been completely delivered from all of my negative habits. I have peace, joy, and happiness in my life! I have a sense of freedom now on the inside and outside I am no longer bound in the devil’s chains. Accepting Jesus int my heart was the best decision that I could have ever made and now I enjoy each and every day growing stronger in the Lord and in my faith! God is Good! – J. Minielli
